ITHET 2027 is planned as an IEEE technically co-sponsored conference. Full papers that meet IEEE standards and are presented at the conference will be submitted to IEEE for publication in the IEEE Xplore digital library, subject to IEEE co-sponsorship. IEEE Xplore is the only publication venue for ITHET 2027.
How to submit
- Prepare your full paper (4 to 10 pages) using the IEEE conference templates.
- Submit through ConfTool. The ITHET 2027 submission system opens on 1 November 2026. The link will be published here and on the Call for Papers page.
- Select the correct track. Choose the ITHET main track, or a workshop track (IEETeL or PRASAE) if your paper fits a workshop.
- Peer review. The Technical Program Committee reviews all submissions. Authors are notified of the outcome by 16 April 2027.
- Submit the final paper. Accepted papers must be checked through IEEE PDF eXpress and submitted, with registration completed, by 1 May 2027.
- Present at the conference. At least one author of each accepted paper must register and present the paper at ITHET 2027 for it to be included in the IEEE submission.
