You have a choice of Publication Avenue
This year, authors will be offered a choice of avenue for their papers:
- The traditional avenue will be IEEE via the IEEE:Xplore portal, or
- A special edition of Seminar.net, a journal published in Norway
Seminar.net may be of more intererest to authors in Norway, or other Scandanavian countries
Full Paper (not Abstract) as first submission
For this year’s conference, we will not have the Abstract > Full Paper option. We are only accepting Full Papers directly. The particular workshops (IEETeL and PRASAE) may have their own process. Please see their web pages and their Calls for Papers.
Paper length: Papers must be a minimum of 4 pages and a maximum of 10 pages. (An extra page charge can be paid, but we encourage you to report compactly not to exceed the 10-page limit.)
Please select the Workshops/Special Sessions from the appropriate tabs for their specific Call for Papers.
Co-located Workshops
For several years, ITHET has hosted/co-located two workshops that run their own review process. All papers are submitted using the ConfTool system, but the specific track must be selected. These workshops have their own special themes and Calls for Papers.
- As is the case for ITHET papers, all papers accepted by these workshops are submitted to IEEE for possible inclusion in IEEE:Xplore (Seminar.net if selected).
- All papers must meet IEEE and Seminar.net standards.
- These papers are scheduled into parallel sessions alongside ITHET sessions.
- We urge you to submit papers to these Workshops if your research more appropriately fits there.
