We encourage student participation. In addition to the ability to publish a paper in a peer-reviewed conference, students gain a great deal through interaction with their peers and with experienced academics.

There is a special student rate, as well as there being scholarships for students.

• Student rate:
  • 50 Euro – Without meals:
    • Students may wish to include the banquet for an additional 70 euros.
    • No other meals will be included.
    • Additional publication cost of 25 Euro if the student has a paper
  • 190 Euro
    • With all meals (including the Banquet) over the three days
    • Additional publication cost of 25 Euro if the student has a paper

Student Scholarships

There are a number of scholarships with a value of up to 215 Euro for students on application. That covers the normal student fee (190 Euro) plus publication cost (25 Euro).
