The conference is technically co-sponsored by the IEEE Education Society. As such, Full Papers that meet IEEE standards will be published by IEEE and will be lodged in the IEEE:Xplore digital library. They will also be indexed in SCOPUS and will be discoverable in Google Scholar.
This year, the conference has an alternative publication venue. It is Seminar.net which is based in Norway. Authors from Norway and other Scandinavian countries may prefer to use this value.
- If it is your preference, It is very important to indicate in the submission process that you wish to be published in seminar.net and not in IEEE Explore.
- If this is the case, then please DO NOT use the PDF Express system from IEEE.
Submit a Full Paper using the ConfTool System. Alternatively, click on the orange tab at the top of this page.
The Final Full Paper must be prepared using the templates found at https://www.ieee.org/conferences/publishing/templates.html, even if you are choosing the Seminar.net venue. It is using the IEEE format.
