All accepted papers for ITHET 2027, including papers for the co-located workshops (IEETeL and PRASAE), are published through IEEE Xplore. Authors therefore need to take some specific actions before the camera-ready deadline of 1 May 2027.
The IEEE conference ID and copyright details below will be confirmed once IEEE assigns them to ITHET 2027. Please check this page again before you prepare your final paper.
Steps you need to take
- The submitting author must complete the IEEE Copyright form in the ConfTool system.
- Place the IEEE copyright notice at the bottom of the first page of the paper. See the instructions below.
- You must use the IEEE PDF eXpress system to ensure that your paper is properly formatted and uploaded.
- You have up to 10 tries to get your paper correct.
- The system stores your last try, which then becomes your final upload.
- We confirm that the IEEE PDF eXpress system is collecting the final version of your paper.
- However, just to be sure, we ask you to upload a final version through the ConfTool system as well.
- Very important: once you have a correctly formatted paper and you are happy with it, remember to click the approve button on the IEEE PDF eXpress page. This releases the paper for lodgment with IEEE.
Adding the copyright notice
Add the copyright notice to the bottom of the first page of your source document. The notice depends on where all authors are employed:

- All authors employed by the European Union: [ISBN to be announced] ©2027 European Union

Proofread your source document thoroughly to confirm that it will require no revision.
